Access Checklist

If you are having problems accessing My PGR Platform then please read our checklist of common problems and how to resolve them.

  1. Username and Password

You must use your standard university network username and password to logon to My PGR Platform.

If there is a problem with your username or password then please contact IT Support.

  2. Enable Cookies

You must have cookies enabled on your browser to access My PGR Platform. Please refer to your browser's Help (use the "Help" menu from your browser's menu bar) if you are not sure how to do this.

  3. Personal Firewalls and Internet Security Software

If you are using a personal firewall (e.g. ZoneAlarm, Norton Personal Firewall, etc.) or some internet security software (e.g. Norton Internet Security) check that this software is not blocking your username and password from reaching our eProg web server. You can test this by temporarily switching off your firewall and internet security software, closing your browser and restarting it and then trying to logon again. If you are able to successfully access eProg when these programs are not running then you need to re-configure your firewall and/or internet security software. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation.

  4. Still Having Problems?

If you are still having problems using My PGR Platfom after checking the above then please use the Comments and Suggestions Form to contact the My PGR Platform administrator with details of the problem.
